Embrun Smiles is Open

We are pleased to announce that Embrun Smiles Family Dentistry is once again open!

We have adapted our office to comply with the new guidelines set out by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario to provide patients with a safe and comfortable clinical environment. Infection control and cleanliness have always been of the utmost importance to us and we are enhancing protocols to ensure the continued health and safety of our patients, their families and our staff.

We will be contacting you prior to your appointment to address any questions you may have about the enhanced safety protocols.

Prior to your appointment you will be asked a series of general COVID-19 screening questions. When you come to the office you will be asked to wear a mask in all areas except the treatment room. Please bring your own mask if you have one. We will provide access to alcohol-based hand sanitizer at the front entrance and throughout the clinic. Staff will be ensuring that treatment rooms are thoroughly disinfected between every appointment and that high-touch surfaces are cleaned frequently. Appointments will be spaced out adequately to ensure safe social distancing in the clinic.
